I just got a glimpse of the stage set for the Obama rally at Invesco Stadium in Denver. Holy Shit! Did Iron Maiden have a clearance sale of past concert stages? Is Eddie going to pop up from behind everytime Obama mentions the name McCain? Will there be pyrotechnics? This is beginning to resemble a Spinal Tap moment. Bad enough that Invesco is also known as the Diaphragm. I can only hope Obama's speech is stellar because this stage set makes the one the Dems have at Pepsi Arena look classy.
